Word search FAQ

Can I print an answer key?

Yes. Tick the answer key option and a second page is added with every placed word highlighted.

What happens if a word does not fit?

It is reported to you by name rather than silently dropped. Increase the grid size or shorten the word and try again.

Which directions are used?

All eight — horizontal, vertical and diagonal, forwards and backwards.

Can I use my own word list?

Yes. Paste words into the box or upload a .txt file. Words must be letters only and at least three characters.
