About this garden bingo set
Garden bingo suits a school gardening club, an allotment open day, or a family planting session, so the list covers tools, edible plants and the wildlife that turns up once things start flowering. That combination lets you play it as a vocabulary game in a classroom or as an actual walk-around hunt in the garden. Children recognise the tools from helping out, and the plants are the ones most commonly grown from seed because they actually succeed. Cards are generated in your browser with nothing uploaded, so a club leader can print on the day. Each card in a batch is unique and the seed lets you reprint identical sets next season. Laminate one card for the potting shed and it will last several seasons.
Who it suits
School gardening clubs, allotment holders, and families planting with children.
Ways to play
- Walk-around version: cover a square when you find it in the garden.
- Season chart where one card tracks a full growing season.
- Quiz version where the caller reads a clue about what each tool does.
